Skins
The majority of our fibreglass skins are manufactured in Germany to the highest quality standard. Gloss White Fibreglass skins are available in the following gauges:
- 1.5mm
- 2.0mm
- 2.3mm
A range of coloured fibreglass skins are available on request. Satin finish is available for internal wall panels.
Cores
We have a range of core materials in different thicknesses to suit your requirements.
- XPS foam – lightweight closed cell Extruded Polystyrene
- PET – structurally engineered lightweight recycled PET
- Timber – exterior grade Hardwood Ply, CD grade Radiata Pine and BB grade Birch Ply
Reinforcement & wiring voids
For reinforcement within the panels, we can insert solid hi-density PVC or hollow fibreglass pultrusion. Wiring voids can be routed out within the cores prior to panel construction.
