Crawfab set out to build a mobile medical unit that could be operational in minutes. They needed panels that were accurate, adaptable and compliant. That’s where Creative Composites stepped in.

Purpose-built for high-pressure environments like motorsport and emergency response, each Medpod is transport-ready. On-site, it expands into a fully equipped clinical space with dedicated triage, treatment and reception zones. Engineered to operate at speed, every element had to support a fast, reliable rollout.

Crawfab needed panel solutions that were structurally sound, compliant with regulations and cut to exact specifications. We supplied 34mm XPS core panels with fibreglass-reinforced skins to meet performance requirements while supporting a more streamlined build.

With limited lead times and no room for setbacks, the project demanded clear communication and consistent delivery. Our team worked closely with Crawfab from specification to installation, ensuring panels arrived ready to perform.
